It is 10 minutes stroll to Clementi Central, where the MRT station is located. If you prefer a faster and more convenient way to the MRT station, Dover is just 2 bus stops away. With distance-based fare system, you save money and time when you board a bus from the neighbouring Block 365 to Dover Station for the MRT ride. For instance, travelling to Raffles Place will cost you $1.29 (by bus to Dover followed by MRT to Raffles Place) or $1.33 (if you take the MRT from Clementi Station). There are plenty of buses availiable.


This spacious flat comes with 3 ensuite bedrooms (with bathroom & toilet attached) and 1 common rooms. My husband and I are occupying one of the ensuite bedrooms. Therefore there will be 2 excess units of ensuite bedrooms (both facing south hence no morning and afternoon sun) and a common room (facing north, so no morning and afternoon sun as well) available for rental (with effect from Oct'10).


We are looking for single professional ladies (preferably Malaysian Chinese, Indonesian Chinese, Korean, or Japanese) to be our housemates.

There will be a part-time cleaner coming to upkeep the flat during the weekends, hence you don't have to mop the bedroom floor or wash the bathroom if you do not want to.

There will be a schedule for the housemates to do their laundry, so don't worry about any clashes. In addition, we also offer clothes dryer for hassle-free laundry drying.

Food centres and coffee shops are abundant within the vicinity, but when you got tired of them (although unlikely), light and simple cooking (such as instant noodles and porridge) is allowed. Of course, you will be allowed to use the fridge as well.


Lastly but also most importantly, as this is a corner unit, you can be assured of its utmost privacy and safety; no neighbours peeping into your bedroom and no thieves can climb in from any of the windows.
